ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION THROUGH MICFIL FILTRATION

SAVING RESOURCES AND REDUCING CO2 FOOTPRINTS



By using our micfil ultra fine filters you save new oil, used oil, avoid damages, extend the life of engine parts such as bearings, piston rings, injectors, pumps and valves, etc. – and at the same time can significantly reduce your CO2 footprint.


BY REDUCING RESOURCE CONSUMPTION, YOU SAVE MONEY AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT:

SAVING ENGINE OIL – REDUCING WASTE OIL – ACTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

With the use of Micfil filters, oils no longer have to be changed, so that the oil service life can be extended indefinitely.

If every vehicle, truck, generator, transmission or hydraulic system were equipped with our Micfil systems or similar, according to an optimistic estimate, up to 80 – 90% of the oils used could continue to be used.

The only reason to change engine oil is due to condensation of water and oxygen (water + sulphur = acid) and wear from mechanical particles and sludge. This oxidation process, which reduces the TBN (Total Base Number) content and increases the TAN (Total Acid Number) acid content, causes the engine oil to be replaced due to the lack of oil quality.

The Micfil ultra fine filter stops these negative processes.




EXTEND THE SERVICE LIFE OF ASSETS – CONSERVE RESOURCES

The micfil ultra-fine filter used in the return flow with a filter performance of up to 0.5 µm ensures continuous cleaning of the transmission and hydraulic oil and absorption of water.

It reduces component wear on valves, cylinders and pistons and reduces the risk of malfunctions.




REDUCE EXHAUST EMISSIONS

With our modular filter systems for oils and fuel we optimize and reduce non-combustible particles (up to a range of 0.5μ and remove water) by approx. 30-40%.

These non-combustible particles cannot be absorbed by normal standard filters and therefore partially end up in the exhaust gas stream.

The reduction of pollutants is clearly visible.
The slider (adjacent) shows the exhaust emission without filter and after the installation of a Micfil ultra fine filter.

Our filters also work excellently with biodiesel or bio-oils.





ELIMINATION OF BACTERIA – WITHOUT CHEMICALS

With our modular Micfil systems we also remove 98% of bacteria from diesel.

This is particularly important in the marine sector, for generators, mining vehicles, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, etc.

For this we do not use any chemicals.
